All orders placed through Tshirtsy are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Payment must be received in full before production begins on custom orders.

You are solely responsible for the content of your custom designs. By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights to that content and it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

As custom products are made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on how to request a replacement or refund.

Tshirtsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
